Did you also notify them that you made the transfer / deposit through the app? I think it showed up for me the day after or quite quickly anyway
Hi Vishal. I haven’t but I can’t find that option anywhere on this new strows app. Was easy on the old app.
Still there I think (presuming we’re talking of the same thing). Go to investments, then the cash symbol in the middle and then it’ll give an option to ‘deposit’ and basically you enter the value that you made the transfer for. Hope that helps (but if not try their support email). Best
